2. QUANTITY : 600,000MT/Year or more (50,000 MT per
shipment) +/- 5%
7. MODE OF PAYMENT : By irrevocable, unconditional,
unencumbered, revolving documentary letter of credit(DLC) in
favor of the Seller, issued or confirmed by a top 100 world
bank, or alternative bank approved by Seller, for full
contract value, due one year and forty five days from the
date of issue. DLC to be in conformity with the verbiage per
attached Addendum ‘B’.
