1.  90,000 x 12 Used rail.  The destination is:  India, Turkey, and most
probably Singapore, but it will be a safe country.

2.  The commodity is:  used rail, bulk packing

3.  The price I am willing to pay is:  US$240.00 per MT, CIF bulk.

4.  My client’s LOI will contain all the banking information.  The supplier
is more than welcome to use this information for POF (Proof of Funds) and at  the same time can provide us     with POP (Proof of Products) via his bank and the SGS report of the  product.

In order to expedite, my client is willing to pay for the SGS report
himself.  A yard visit will be a MUST.  After the satisfactory yard visit,
my client will immediately open the L/C   within 48 hours.  As a matter of fact my client’s banker will be  traveling with him.  This whole process should end within a week.

I do not care for FCO etc.  Please send me the contract, we sign it.
However, we will put a time limit to execute POP, POF and the
satisfactory yard visit.  We are in a hurry.  If you can supply me this
consignment, I have two other orders of 90,000 x 12 =2 0and 60,000 x 12 for  used rail thus bringing the total of a monthly consumption of 250,000 x 12.
