3-Please be inform that the capacity which we requested was 1500TPY
with 2 shifts per day in 300 working days, and also we need to have a
production line of chrome tanning agent in capacity of 3000TPY
according to 2 shifts each shift is 8hours.Then finally we will have 2
products, one is 1500TPY Sodium bichromate as first product for
selling, and also 3000TPD Chrome Tanning agent as second products for
selling.
If we should use Sodium bi chromate for producing chrome tanning agent
then we should have a sodium bi chromate line bigger than 1500TPYuntil
we can have1500TPY bi chromate and 3000TPY chrome tanning agent.

4-Sulfuric acid is required as raw material for conversion of sodium
mono chromate into bi chromate.

5- Our N.G. has got the average heating value about: 8000 to 8300 kcal/m3

6-1-Waste of production of sodium bi chromate is sodium sulfate mudded
with sodium bi chromate.

6-2-Approximate yield of sodium sulfate for 1 t of sodium bi chromate
(67.1%Cr2O3) is 0.6-0.8 t in conversion to 95% Na2SO4(Please consider
thatwe need your optional separate price for processing of sodium
sulfate for getting of commercial sulfate or sodium sulfide (Na2S)
which is required).
